Roasted Smoked sausage

Roasted Smoked sausage. Potatoes. Carrots and fresh green beans. Super easy and inexpensive. Heavy on the seasoning. Also added gochujang.

4-5 potatoes diced and put in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil on the potatoes. Add 3 chopped garlic cloves and 1/2 a diced onion. Add a tsp of garlic salt. A tsp of Tony Cacheres. A tsp of pepper. A tsp of lemon pepper. Stir the potatoes around and make sure theyโ€™re well coated. Pour onto a cookie sheet. Spread out. Place in a 400 degree oven for 15 min. While the potatoes are cooking clean and trim a bag or lb of fresh green beans. Place in a bowl. Clean 4-5 carrots. Cut them up. Place them in the bowl with green beans. Add 1 tbl sp of olive oil. 1 tsp of all the seasoning from above and mix to coat veggies. Set aside. Cut up a lb of smoked sausage. After the potatoes have cooked the 15 min, pull them out and use a spatula to turn them over. Then add the green beans. Carrots. And sausage. And cook another 15 min or as soon as potatoes are fork tender.
After it was cooked I added gochujang which is Korean Hot sauce. But obviously thatโ€™s optional. Any veggies can be substituted.
