My grandma used to make this for me when I was younger. It’s been 10 years since she passed but I still make this on an almost weekly basis. The smell reminds me of her. Very simple recipe!
– Pasta. Any kind will do but I prefer rotini or medium shells.
– 1 pound of Hamburg
– 1-2 cans of Campbell’s tomato soup. Used as the sauce, right out of the can into the pasta!
– salt/pepper to taste. Mix and Enjoy!
Don’t knock it til you try it. It’s so good!

Grandma’s Nostalgic Pasta Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of your preferred pasta (rotini, medium shells, or any kind you like)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1-2 cans of Campbell’s tomato soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Drain and set aside.

    • Pour the cans of Campbell’s tomato soup directly into the skillet with the pasta and ground beef. Stir until the sauce is well distributed and coats the pasta.

    • Taste the dish and adjust the salt and pepper if needed. The tomato soup provides flavor, but you can personalize it to your liking.
  6. Heat Through:
    • Allow the pasta and sauce mixture to heat through, stirring occasionally. This helps the flavors meld together.
