Mexican corn dip! A simple and delicious dip that pairs well with corn chips.
Recipe:
-4 cans of mexican style corn
-8 oz sour cream
– 8 oz mayo
– 1 can of green chiles
– 1 bunch of green onion, sliced
-1 bag of shape cheddar cheese
Drain liquid from corn and combine all ingredients until mixed well. Chill the dip for an hour in the refrigerator and then serve with desired chips
