Here’s a snack for you…Potato chips dipped in melted chocolate 🀀🀀
This will satisfy that salty/sweet craving. All you need is a bag of plain chips, and melt some chocolate chips in microwave for 1 min. Dip chips in chocolate and lay on wax paper, set in fridge

Chocolate-Dipped Potato Chips Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of your favorite plain potato chips
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white chocolate)
  • Optional: Sprinkles, crushed nuts, or sea salt for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with wax paper. This will make it easy to remove and serve the chocolate-dipped potato chips later.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Start with 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.
  3. Dip the Chips: Take each potato chip and dip it into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly. Use a fork to lift the chip out of the chocolate, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.
  4. Optional Toppings: While the chocolate is still wet, you can sprinkle your favorite toppings on the dipped chips. This could include colorful sprinkles, crushed nuts for added crunch, or a pinch of sea salt to enhance the sweet and salty contrast.
  5. Set on Wax Paper: Place the chocolate-dipped chips on the prepared wax paper-lined baking sheet. Make sure to space them out so they don’t stick together.
  6. Chill in the Fridge: Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator to allow the chocolate to set. This typically takes around 15-20 minutes, but you can leave them longer for a firmer texture.
