No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Lasagna ๐Ÿ’

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 block cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tub cool whip
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 jar cherry preserves
  • 1 box Nilla Wafers
  • Whip cream (to serve on top, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar and softened cream cheese together until smooth.
    • Slowly incorporate the tub of cool whip into the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Layer the Nilla Wafers:
    • Create the base layer by evenly placing Nilla Wafers at the bottom of your pan.
  3. First Cream Cheese Layer:
    • Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the Nilla Wafers, covering them completely.
  4. Cherry Pie Filling Layer:
    • Add a layer of cherry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture, spreading it evenly.
  5. Second Cream Cheese Layer:
    • Apply another layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the cherry pie filling.
  6. Additional Layers:
    • Repeat the layering process as desired, alternating between Nilla Wafers, cherry pie filling, and cream cheese mixture. Suggested to do this process three times, but adjust to your preference.
  7. Cherry Preserves Layer:
    • For the final layer, spread a generous amount of cherry preserves over the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Optional Nilla Wafer Crust:
    • Crush some Nilla Wafers and sprinkle them on top for an extra crunchy texture. This step is optional.
  9. Chill:
    • Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
  10. Serve:
    • Once chilled, slice into squares and serve. Optionally, top each serving with a dollop of whip cream.
