One Pan Creamy Ham & Pea Pasta πŸ˜‹
2 cups of ham (cooked and cubed) – I used two 16oz pre-cubed packaged ham ( more than two cups buttttt I like meat )
2 cloves garlic, minced
16oz uncooked bowtie pasta
1.5 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
Β½ teaspoon salt
ΒΌ teaspoon ground black pepper
Small package of frozen peas
ΒΌ cup whipping cream
6oz container of grated Parmesan cheese
In a large deep skillet warm ham until crisp. Stir in garlic; cook and stir for 30 seconds more. Stir in pasta, broth, the water, salt, and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 12 to 15
minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring once.
Stir in peas, whippingcream, and Parmesan cheese.
Cook and stir about 2 minutes more or
until heated through. Serve immediately.
