There’s a lot of choices of flavors too witch is another plus!
The mini Bundt cake maker is from walmart and was less than $10!

Homemade Mini Muffins with Mini Bundt Cake Maker

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of your favorite muffin mix (flavor of your choice)
  • Cooking spray or melted butter for greasing
  • Optional: Chocolate chips, blueberries, or nuts for added texture
  • Optional: Powdered sugar for dusting

Equipment:

  • Mini Bundt cake maker

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Muffin Mix:
    • Follow the instructions on the muffin mix package to prepare the batter. If you want to add extra flavor, consider incorporating chocolate chips, blueberries, or nuts into the batter.
  2. Preheat the Mini Bundt Cake Maker:
    • Plug in your mini Bundt cake maker and allow it to preheat according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Grease the Mini Bundt Cake Maker:
    • Lightly coat the mini Bundt cake maker with cooking spray or melted butter to prevent the muffins from sticking.
  4. Fill the Cavities:
    • Using a spoon or a small ice cream scoop, fill each cavity of the mini Bundt cake maker with the muffin batter. Be careful not to overfill, as the batter will expand during cooking.
  5. Cook the Mini Muffins:
    • Close the lid of the mini Bundt cake maker and cook the mini muffins according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Typically, it takes just a few minutes for them to cook through.
  6. Check for Doneness:
    • Open the lid and check for doneness. The mini muffins should be golden brown and spring back when touched. If using a toothpick, it should come out clean.
  7. Remove and Repeat:
    • Carefully remove the mini muffins from the Bundt cake maker and place them on a wire rack to cool. Repeat the process until all the batter is used.
  8. Optional Dusting:
    • If desired, dust the cooled mini muffins with powdered sugar for a sweet finish.
