Overnight Oats

Sugar-Free Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar Swerve
  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free cheesecake Jello pudding powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, brown sugar Swerve, chia seeds, and sugar-free cheesecake Jello pudding powder. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  2. Using a funnel or a steady hand, carefully fill each jar with the oat mixture. Leave some space at the top for the toppings.
  3. Once the jars are filled, seal them tightly with their lids and refrigerate overnight. This allows the oats to absorb the liquid and develop a creamy texture.
  4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir to ensure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Before serving, top each jar with 1/2 cup of frozen wild blueberries and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds over the top.
  6. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious sugar-free blueberry cheesecake overnight oats!

Note: Feel free to customize the recipe based on your preferences. You can try adding other fruits, nuts, or seeds to make it your own. Additionally, adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less brown sugar Swerve according to your taste.
