  1. Deep Fried Stuffed Tacos 🌮
    Ingredients:
    1-1.5 lbs ground beef (substitute with ground turkey or chicken if preferred)
    1 can Rotel, drained
    Provolone cheese slices
    1 package shredded Mexican blend cheese
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    Pancho’s White Queso Dip
    1 jar picante salsa
    1 package flour tortilla shells
    Directions:
    Prepare the Meat Mixture:

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Drain excess grease from the skillet.
Stir in the drained Rotel and 1 cup of shredded cheese until melted and well combined.
Assembly:

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a plate.
Place a slice of Provolone cheese in the center of the tortilla.
Spoon a generous portion of the prepared meat mixture onto the Provolone cheese.
Drizzle Pancho’s White Queso Dip over the meat.
Add a spoonful of picante salsa on top.
Sprinkle some shredded Mexican blend cheese over the salsa.
Folding and Frying:

Fold the tortilla over the filling to create a taco shape.
Seal the edges by brushing a mixture of flour and water along the edges.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Carefully place the stuffed taco into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Use tongs to flip the taco halfway through frying to ensure even cooking.
Serving:

Once fried to perfection, remove the taco from the oil and drain excess oil on paper towels.
Serve hot with optional sides such as sour cream or additional salsa.
Alternatively, top with your favorite taco toppings such as diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, or sliced avocado for added flavor and freshness.
