“I Have a Sick Kid and I’m Exhausted Pasta”


  • 1 box thin Spaghetti
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 block of cream cheese
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Seasonings: ranch powder, garlic salt, Italian seasoning


  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside to cool. Once cooled, crumble into small pieces.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Cut the cream cheese into smaller pieces and add them to the melted butter, stirring until fully melted and combined.
  5. Add in your desired amount of ranch powder, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning to the butter and cream cheese mixture, adjusting to taste. Don’t be afraid to be generous with the seasonings!
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, stirring well to coat it evenly with the creamy sauce.
  7. Toss in the crumbled bacon, mixing it into the spaghetti.
