Creamy Buffalo Chicken Ramen with Grilled Chicken Strips and Egg

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs of chicken ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons Buffalo sauce
  • 1 pack of ramen seasoning (from the ramen noodle packs)
  • 2 slices of cheese (American or cheese of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup pre-cooked grilled chicken strips
  • 1 boiled egg, sliced
  • Optional: green onions, sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ramen Noodles: Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In the same pot used to cook the noodles, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the Buffalo sauce and stir to combine.
  3. Add Seasoning and Cheese: Sprinkle in the ramen seasoning from the noodle packs. Tear the cheese slices into smaller pieces and add them to the pot. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  4. Incorporate Heavy Cream: Pour in the heavy whipping cream, stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
  5. Add Grilled Chicken Strips: Add the pre-cooked grilled chicken strips to the sauce. Let them heat up for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  6. Combine with Noodles: Once the chicken is heated through, add the cooked ramen noodles to the pot. Gently toss the noodles in the sauce until they are evenly coated.
  7. Serve: Divide the creamy Buffalo chicken ramen into bowls. Top each bowl with sliced boiled egg.
  8. Garnish (Optional): Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for added flavor and presentation.
