Cheesy Hamburger Pasta Bake

I can’t remember who posted this recipe, but I made it and it was delicious! Look how gooey the cheese is! πŸ˜‹ Hamburger, shell pasta, tomato soup, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese and pick your own seasonings. I’m gonna try Italian blend cheese and sharp cheddar next time.

1lb hamburger I used 2 we like meat.
2 regular cans tomato soup I used 3 due to extra meat
1lb pasta medium shells
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella
Half can of water (soup can)
Seasoning to your liking. I used WOW seasoning and garlic salt.

Cheesy Hamburger Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground hamburger (or 2 if you prefer more meat)
  • 2-3 regular cans of tomato soup (adjust to taste and thickness preference)
  • 1 lb medium shell pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 can of water (use the soup can for measuring)
  • Seasonings of your choice (e.g., WOW seasoning, garlic salt, or your preferred blend)
  • Optional: Italian blend cheese and sharp cheddar for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Pasta: Cook the medium shell pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Hamburger: In a large skillet, brown the ground hamburger over medium-high heat until it’s fully cooked and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Combine Hamburger and Soup: Add the tomato soup to the cooked hamburger in the skillet. If you prefer a thicker sauce, use 2 cans; for a saucier dish, use 3 cans. Mix well, allowing the flavors to meld. Add water to the mixture, stirring to combine and create a smooth sauce. Season with your desired seasonings, such as WOW seasoning and garlic salt. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  5. Add Pasta and Cheese: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the hamburger and soup mixture. Mix everything together thoroughly, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is evenly coated with the cheesy sauce.
  6. Bake: Transfer the cheesy hamburger pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. If desired, sprinkle the top with a combination of Italian blend cheese and sharp cheddar for an extra cheesy crust.
