Peach Cobbler Eggrolls
Ingredients:
- Peach cobbler pie filling
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Eggroll wraps
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- Cinnamon sugar (for coating)
- Cream cheese cake icing
Instructions:
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, mix the peach cobbler pie filling with cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Set aside.
- Assemble the Eggrolls:
- Lay out an eggroll wrap on a clean surface.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the prepared peach cobbler filling onto the center of the eggroll wrap.
- Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling, then roll it up tightly, sealing the edges with a little water. Repeat with the remaining wraps and filling.
- Fry the Eggrolls:
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).

- Remove the fried eggrolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain off excess oil.
- Coat in Cinnamon Sugar:
- While the eggrolls are still warm, roll them in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar until they are evenly coated.
- Serve:
- Drizzle cream cheese cake icing over the warm peach cobbler eggrolls.
