  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Fiesta nacho cheese soup
  • 1 (32 ounce) package tater tots
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cheddar cheese, shredded


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and water according to the package instructions. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  4. Add the drained corn and Fiesta nacho cheese soup to the skillet with the beef mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.
