Cherry Cream Cheese Dump Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (21 ounces each) of cherry pie filling
  • 1 container (8 ounces) of Philadelphia whipped cream cheese
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter
  • 1 box of white cake mix

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Open the cans of cherry pie filling and spread them evenly in the bottom of the greased dish.
  4. Take teaspoon dollops of the whipped cream cheese and scatter them over the cherry pie filling.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the stick of butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with the white cake mix until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle the crumbled cake mix evenly over the cherry and cream cheese layer in the baking dish.
  8. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  9. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
