My kids love these air fryer tortilla pizza burritos! I brushed the inside and outside with garlic butter, Italian seasoning, and parsley. I used marinara, pepperonis, mozzarella and Colby jack cheese! Yum!

Air Fryer Garlic Butter Tortilla Pizza Burritos

Ingredients:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted garlic butter, Italian seasoning, and dried parsley.
  4. Using a pastry brush, generously brush the inside of each tortilla with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Place a few spoonfuls of marinara sauce on one half of each tortilla, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella and Colby Jack cheese over the marinara sauce.
  7. Add pepperoni slices on top of the cheese layer.
  8. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling, creating a half-moon shape.
  9. Press down gently to seal the edges.
  10. Brush the outside of each burrito with the remaining garlic butter mixture.
  11. Place the burritos in the preheated air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
  12. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  13. Carefully remove the pizza burritos from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  14. Slice each burrito in half and serve with extra marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
