Smoked Sausage and Potato Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 smoked sausages or kielbasa (approximately $2.89 each)
  • 1 bag of potatoes (cost varies depending on location)
  • Soy sauce
  • Butter
  • Optional: Cooked eggs for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Ingredients: Slice the smoked sausages or kielbasa into bite-sized pieces. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into chunks.
  3. Layer Ingredients: In a baking dish, layer the sausage pieces and potato chunks. You can alternate layers or mix them together, depending on your preference.
  4. Season: Drizzle soy sauce over the sausage and potatoes. Add a few small cubes of butter evenly across the top.
