Cheese BiscuitCups

I dont remember where I found this recipe, but it was a huge hit! You only need canned biscuits, eggs, bacon, and shredded cheese. cut a hole in the middle of your biscuit..i use the lid of any seasoning jar I grab first. Whisk a few eggs in a bowl and season them to your liking. Fry some bacon and crumble it. I cut them with scissors just to save time. Start by lay your cur biscuits on a sheet pan and add a couple table spoons of your egg in each hole..fill it about halfway-ish. Add cooked bacon in the egg to each one and top them with shredded cheese. Bake per biscuit instructions. Adjust the amount of biscuits by how many people you’re feeding. We made enough for 8 kids And 5 adults with some leftover for right at $20! Super cheap to feed alot and its quick and easy, which is always a win in my book
