Fancy Ramen Stir Fry


  • 4 packs of ramen noodles (without seasoning)
  • 4 eggs
  • Half bag of frozen peas and carrots mix
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Minced garlic, to taste
  • Minced onion, to taste
  • Teriyaki sauce, to taste (eyeball it)
  • Soy sauce, to taste (eyeball it)
  • Other seasonings of choice (e.g., ginger, everything bagel seasoning)


  1. Prepare Ramen Noodles:
    • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
    • Once cooked, drain the noodles and set aside.
  2. Scramble Eggs:
    • In a separate skillet, scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
    • Once done, set the scrambled eggs aside.
  3. Prepare Stir Fry:
    • In a saucepan or large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and onion to the melted butter, cooking until fragrant.
    • Add the frozen peas and carrots mix to the skillet.
    • Pour in teriyaki sauce and soy sauce according to your taste preferences.
    • Add any additional seasonings you desire, such as ginger and everything bagel seasoning.
    • Stir everything together and allow the vegetables to thaw and absorb the flavors.
  4. Combine Ingredients:
    • Once the vegetables are heated through and well-coated with the sauces and seasonings, add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet.
    • Mix the noodles with the vegetable mixture until evenly combined.
    • Gently fold in the scrambled eggs, ensuring they are distributed throughout the noodles and vegetables.
  5. Serve:
    • Once everything is heated through and well-mixed, remove the skillet from heat.
