Quick and Easy BeefΒ Stroganoff with Ziti

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 16 oz ziti pasta (or any pasta of your choice)
  • Garlic powder or minced garlic
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 large can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. It’s better to slightly undercook it as it will continue to cook later. Drain and set aside.
