Pizza Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 18 slices of pepperoni (or toppings of your choice)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360ยฐF (180ยฐC).
  2. Lay out 4 slices of bread on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a light layer of pizza sauce on the inside of each slice of bread.
  4. Place 9 slices of pepperoni (or your favorite pizza toppings) evenly on two of the bread slices.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
  6. Take the other two slices of bread and spread garlic butter on the outside of each slice.
  7. Place the buttered side down on top of the pepperoni and cheese to form sandwiches.
  8. Carefully place the sandwiches into the preheated air fryer basket.
  9. Air fry at 360ยฐF (180ยฐC) for 4 minutes, then carefully flip the sandwiches and air fry for an additional 4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Once done, remove the pizza grilled cheese from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
  11. Slice if desired and enjoy your delicious pizza grilled cheese with your favorite dipping sauce!
