Ranch Chicken Patties


  • 2 cans of chicken, drained
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • Half a packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Bread crumbs (crushed Ritz crackers work great)


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chicken, chopped green onions, ranch seasoning mix, chopped parsley, egg, and mayonnaise. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and form them into patties of desired size.
  3. Spread out the bread crumbs (or crushed Ritz crackers) onto a plate. Carefully coat each chicken patty with the bread crumbs, pressing lightly to ensure they stick to the surface of the patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Once the skillet is hot, carefully place the chicken patties in the skillet.
  5. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  7. Serve the ranch chicken patties hot with your favorite dipping sauce or as a sandwich filling with lettuce, tomato, and a dollop of ranch dressing. Enjoy your delicious and budget-friendly meal
