4 cups flour
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cooking oil
Mix all the dry ingredients in one boil and mix well, which is flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Then make a hole and pour oil in the flour and mix well until it becomes like crumbs.
Put 2 cups of warm water or more In your flour and knead your dough until it stops sticking In your hands.
N.B flour should not be very tough or too soft but medium.
After reading leave it to proof for 25 to 30 minutes.
Grease your pan with oil or butter
Then start making them in small rounds like a ball to your baking tray or loaf tin.
Leave again to proof for 10 to 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven before putting your bread at 200 degrees.
When the oven is hot enough, you can put your baking pan in.
Wait until golden brown and enjoy.
