SIMPLE AS IT GETS
I am diabetic, I eat this concoction daily, I lost 10 lbs very fast, this is very easy, and soo tasty! Sometimes my blood sugar goes up for no reason so I gotta be careful! I use to eat very bad, donuts and carb-filled food, my husband is the one that started keto first! He’s lost 20 lbs!!!
My daily snack and meal sometimes!
I use fresh bell pepper, whatever color, orange, yellow, or green.
I cut up deli lunch meat, turkey or chicken, or ham, sometimes use tuna, depending on what I’m feeling, cut up baby tomatoes, pickles, and onion sometimes, throw in some cheese, and top it off with garlic salt and bacon bits! Also sometimes add in avocado oil!

This time I went without salad dressing and it’s still full of flavor!
