°1 pound ground beef
°1 pack (8 oz) un-cooked egg noodles
°1 tub (16 ounces) spaghetti sauce, or as needed
°1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives, drained
°1 can (2.5 ounces) of sliced mushrooms, drained
°1 package (8 ounces) sliced pepperoni, coarsely chopped
°20 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbs as it cooks, about 10 minutes.
Bring pot of lightly salt water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in boiling water until cooked through but slightly firm, about 5 minutes; drain.
Combine noodles with cooked ground beef, spaghetti sauce, black olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, and half the mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Bake in preheated oven until casserole is bubbly, 30 to 45 minutes
