  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup additional sugar (adjust to taste based on sweetness of peaches)
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving


  1. Preheat the Oven:

  2. Prepare the Batter:
