Quick and Easy Taco Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Knorr Fiesta Sides Taco Rice
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Old El Paso Taco Seasoning (from the big container)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash Onion and Herb seasoning
  • Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
  • Optional: Sour cream
  • Optional: Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions:

  1. Begin by preparing the Knorr Fiesta Sides Taco Rice according to the instructions on the package. While it’s cooking, move on to the next steps.
  2. In a separate pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Break it up into small crumbles as it cooks.
  3. As the meat is browning, season it with Old El Paso Taco Seasoning from the big container. Adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
  4. Add salt, pepper, Dash Onion and Herb, and Dash Garlic and Herb seasonings to the browning meat. Stir well to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
