β€’1 pound ground sausage browned & drained
β€’1 bag frozen southern style hash browns w/onions & peppers
β€’1 8oz bag shredded cheddar
β€’8 eggs whisked
β€’1/2 cups milk
β€’Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder (I measure these with my heart)


Grease a 9×13 baking dish, mix potatoes with cheese and sausage and spread in dish. Whisk together milk, eggs and seasonings and pour evenly over potatoes & sausage.
Bake at 350 for an hour.
