Our kids had a snow day so doing some fun meals and made English muffin pizzas.
English muffins
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Your choice of toppings. (We used pepperoni)
Preheat oven to 400. Line baking sheet with foil and slice your English muffins in half. Add your sauce, cheese and pepperoni. We also sprinkled Italian seasoning on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Haven’t made these in awhile and our kids had fun helping.
