Savory Beer-Baked Potatoes with Kielbasa and Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds
  • 1 lb Kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1 can (12 oz) of your favorite beer
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Vegetables and Sausage:
    • Wash and dice the potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
    • Peel and slice the carrots into rounds.

  11. Garnish and Serve:
    • Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
    • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
