Hearty Crockpot Beef and Potato Stew

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3-4 jumbo baking potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 big container (32 oz) beef broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) peas, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 huge scoop minced garlic
  • A few squirts Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 packet McCormick beef stew seasoning
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • Onion powder, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Parsley, for garnish
  • Ranch seasoning, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Peel and dice the baking potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a large crockpot, combine the cooked ground beef, diced potatoes, beef broth, crushed tomatoes, condensed tomato soup, corn, peas, green beans, and minced garlic.
  4. Add a few squirts of Worcestershire sauce for depth of flavor.
  5. Sprinkle the McCormick beef stew seasoning over the ingredients in the crockpot.
  6. Season to taste with garlic salt, onion powder, pepper, and ranch seasoning. Adjust the seasonings according to your preferences.
  7. Mix all the ingredients in the crockpot thoroughly to ensure even distribution of flavors.
  8. Cover the crockpot with a lid and cook on low for 8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  9. Before serving, taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Sprinkle parsley on top for a fresh garnish.
  10. Ladle the hearty beef and potato stew into bowls and enjoy the comforting flavors that remind you of your granny’s special recipe.
