Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken is what’s for dinner tonight! About 15 dollars feeds a family of 5 with left overs for hubby’s lunch. 3 boneless chicken breasts sliced in half, washed and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, lightly floured ( it helps the sauce stick to the chicken)Â . Make your glaze I don’t measure but I use minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and parsley to my taste. Sear the chicken breasts on both sides in butter in a hot pan and then add your sauce and let simmer for 15 mins. I usually just make smashed ( you heard right not mashed) potatoes with garlic butter for our side! Enjoy!!
