Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Rice Bake


  • 1 bag Knorr Pasta Sides – Creamy Chicken flavor
  • 1 bag Knorr Rice Sides – Cheesy Broccoli flavor
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
  • Garlic salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
  • Optional: shredded cheese for topping


  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the contents of one bag of Knorr Pasta Sides – Creamy Chicken and one bag of Knorr Rice Sides – Cheesy Broccoli.
  3. Add the can of chicken broth and cream of chicken soup to the bowl, stirring until everything is well combined.
  4. Season the mixture with garlic salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
  5. Pour the creamy pasta and rice mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Place the chicken breasts or tenders on top of the creamy mixture in the baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle additional seasoning over the chicken if desired.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the creamy mixture is bubbly.
  9. If you like, you can remove the foil during the last few minutes of baking and sprinkle some shredded cheese on top for an extra cheesy finish.
  10. Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  11. Serve your creamy chicken and broccoli rice bake hot, and enjoy!
