  1. Cook the Chicken:
    • Season the chicken breasts or tenders with salt and pepper.
    • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Cook the chicken until it’s no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165Β°F (74Β°C).
  2. Cook the Bacon:
    • While the chicken is cooking, you can also cook the bacon. Heat a separate skillet over medium heat.
    • Add the bacon slices and cook until they are crispy. Transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Once cooled, break each slice in half to fit the sliders.
  3. Slice the Chicken:
    • Let the cooked chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips or cut it into smaller pieces to fit the slider buns.
  4. Assemble the Sliders:
    • Preheat your oven’s broiler on low or set it to 350Β°F (175Β°C) for toasting the buns.
    • Split the slider buns in half and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.
    • Spread honey mustard sauce on the bottom halves of the slider buns.
    • Layer the sliced chicken on top of the honey mustard.
    • Add a slice of crispy bacon on top of the chicken.
    • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the bacon.
  5. Toast the Sliders:
    • Place the assembled sliders under the broiler or in the preheated oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted, and the buns are lightly toasted. This should take about 2-3 minutes, so keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    • Optionally, add lettuce and tomato slices on top of the cheese.
    • Place the top halves of the slider buns on each slider.
    • Serve your Chicken Bacon Honey Mustard Sliders hot and enjoy!
