Grandma’s Comfort Pasta

  • 1 pound pasta (rotini or medium shells)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1-2 cans Campbell’s tomato soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
  2. Prepare Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Return the skillet with the cooked ground beef to the stove. Pour the Campbell’s tomato soup directly from the can into the skillet with the ground beef. Stir well to combine and heat through.
  4. Season: Season the beef and tomato mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.
  5. Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the beef and tomato mixture. Stir gently until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
  6. Serve: Transfer the pasta to serving plates or bowls. Optionally, garnish with grated cheese, chopped parsley, or any other desired toppings. Serve hot and enjoy the comforting flavors!

Note: Feel free to adjust the seasoning and quantities according to your preference. This simple yet delicious recipe is perfect for a quick and nostalgic meal that reminds you of grandma’s love.
