Cheesy Turkey Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb ground turkey, cooked and seasoned with your favorite taco seasoning
- 1 bag (about 30 oz) frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, sour cream
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Turkey: Cook and season the ground turkey with the taco seasoning according to the packet instructions. Set aside.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the frozen shredded hash browns, cooked seasoned turkey, cheddar cheese soup, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
