Spicy Pepper and Cheese Antipasto Skewers


  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Banana pepper rings
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 can black olives
  • 4 leaves fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1/4 lb mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 pound salami, cubed
  • 1/2 stick pepperoni, cubed
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Expressions dressing
  • Skewers


  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • Rinse and pat dry all vegetables and herbs.
    • Dice the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, red onion, and salami into bite-sized cubes.
    • Drain the black olives and banana pepper rings.
    • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
    • Cube the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  2. Assemble Skewers:
    • Thread the ingredients onto skewers in alternating patterns. You can mix and match according to your preference, but a suggested order is: cherry tomato, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, banana pepper ring, red onion, black olive, basil leaf, mozzarella cheese, salami, pepperoni, repeat.
  3. Dress Skewers:
    • Once all the skewers are assembled, drizzle them with the Garlic Expressions dressing. Use a brush or spoon to evenly distribute the dressing over each skewer.
  4. Chill and Serve:
    • Place the skewers on a serving platter and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
    • Serve cold as a spicy and flavorful antipasto snack
