  • Half a block of Velveeta cheese, diced
  • 1 can of original Rotel
  • Ground beef
  • Taco seasoning
  • Milk (a small amount, for melting the cheese)
  • Cheesy garlic bread sticks (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Noodles: Boil the angel hair noodles in a pot of salted water according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Ground Beef: In a separate skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Season the Meat: Add taco seasoning to the cooked ground beef according to the instructions on the packet. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
