Ingredients:

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuits (8 count)

  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, diced bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, cooked sausage, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin on a clean surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce onto the center of each flattened biscuit.
  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add your desired toppings on top of the cheese. Get creative with your combinations!
  6. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the toppings, pinching the seams tightly to seal the pizza bomb.
  7. Place the sealed pizza bombs seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or red pepper flakes over the tops of the pizza bombs for added flavor.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  11. Enjoy your Loaded Biscuit Pizza Bombs as a delicious and satisfying weeknight meal or snack!
