Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf


  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing
  • 2 eggs
  • Ketchup (to taste)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Brown sugar (for topping)


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Stove Top Stuffing mix, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the topping. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and brown sugar to create a glaze.
  6. After 30 minutes of baking, remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the ketchup-brown sugar glaze evenly over the top.
  7. Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the topping is caramelized and the meatloaf is cooked through.
  8. Once done, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  9. Serve hot slices of Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!

Note: Adjust the amount of ketchup according to your preference for sweetness and tanginess in the glaze.
