1lb ground beef
1lb pork sausage
Medium green pepper & sweet onion diced
2 cans sloppy joe sauce (15oz cans or 1 large)
1 24+ oz bag if tatter tots
1 block of cheddar cheese
Sauté onions and pepper, salt pepper garlic.. add meats and drain, add sloppy joe sauce and stir, then place in a 9×13. Top with cheese and place tatter tots neatly in rows. (Makes for easy cutting and serving!)
Bake at 400 deg for 30 minutes, add another sprinkle of cheese, and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Let sit for a few minutes before cutting.
