Savory Sausage Skillet

I don’t have a name for this. We always just call it sausage and potatoes. Cost is about $4!
Slice potatoes (I did 4 big ones)
Slice onion (also a big one)
Put them in a pan with a lid, add about a half of stick of sliced up butter and sprinkle season salt all over the taters
Throw the lid on and cook medium/low mixing occasionally until the potatoes are cooked and tender.
Meanwhile in a pan sprayed with a little olive oil put sliced kielbasa (this time I used garlic chicken kielbasa I had in my freezer)
Cook those suckers until browned.
Once everything is done throw it all together and call your clan to the table! Cheapo dinner!
