Angel Food Strawberry Delight


  • 1 box (16 ounces) angel food cake dry mix
  • 1 can (21 ounces) strawberry pie filling
  • Ready Whip (or whipped cream)
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish


  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake dry mix with the strawberry pie filling. Gently fold them together until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Bake: Pour the batter into an ungreased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown on top and springs back when lightly touched.
  4. Cool: Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 1 hour. It will initially look fluffy but will settle as it cools.
  5. Serve: Cut the cooled cake into squares and transfer them to serving plates. Top each piece with a dollop of Ready Whip or whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries.
