Pizzadillas Recipe


  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni, diced bell peppers, olives, mushrooms)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Tortillas:
    • Place two tortillas on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the Cheese:
    • Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Add Pizza Toppings:
    • Arrange your favorite pizza toppings over the cheese. Get creative and mix and match for a flavorful experience.
  5. More Cheese, Please:
    • Sprinkle a layer of shredded Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
  6. Top with Another Tortilla:
    • Place the remaining two tortillas on top to create a “sandwich.”
  7. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
  8. Flip and Bake Again:
    • Carefully flip each pizzadilla and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Slice and Serve:
    • Remove the pizzadillas from the oven and let them cool for a minute.
    • Slice each pizzadilla into wedges or squares.
  10. Dipping Sauce:
  • Serve with a side of warm pizza sauce for dipping.
