My husband is a high school football coach, and it’s officially football season which means lots of late night meals. I probably made all of this for less than $10. I was just cooking for the two of us. Meatball subs (meatballs cooked in oven at 350 for 20 minutes then added to spaghetti sauce to simmer on the stove – then just added to sub rolls and topped with mozzarella cheese slices – baked in the oven at 350 for about 5 minutes), homemade French fries (I fried 4 cut up russet potatoes in oil for about 15 minutes), and fresh fruit.
