My mom use to make this when I was a kid.
1 box of elbow noodles- $1.33
1 can of Peas- $0.75 cents
1 26oz can of cream of chicken soup- $2.19
1 pack of hot dogs- $1.29
TOTAL $5.56
Boil your noodles in one pan and boil your hot dogs in another, once they are done drain your noodles and dice the hotdogs. Add your hotdogs to the pan with the noodles then add the Peas and cream of chicken soup, mix well, Serves 6 to 8.
