fastest easiest recipe

This is the fastest easiest recipe ever and I promise it’s amazing! My mom made it all the time when I was a kid πŸ§’πŸ»

I used the thin sliced boneless pork chops (season with salt, pepper, garlic powder)
Lay them in a single layer in the bottom of a 9×13 Pan
Preheat oven to 350
Cover with a layer of sour cream. I did not use the whole container, maybe 1/3-1/2 of it?
Top with the French fried onions (I used the whole can)
Cover and bake for about 35 min
Something magical happens and these are so tender and good!
We usually eat them with mashed potatoes and a veggie

Ingredients:

  • 4 thin-sliced boneless pork chops
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • 1/3 to 1/2 container of sour cream
  • 1 can of French fried onions (2.8 ounces)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Season the Pork Chops: Season both sides of the thin-sliced boneless pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Use your preferred amount to suit your taste.
  3. Arrange the Pork Chops: Lay the seasoned pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Add Sour Cream: Spread a layer of sour cream over the pork chops. Start with 1/3 to 1/2 of the container and adjust to your preference. The sour cream will add creaminess and flavor to the dish.
  5. Top with French Fried Onions: Sprinkle the entire can of French fried onions evenly over the sour cream layer. The crispy onions will add a delightful crunch and a burst of flavor.
  6. Cover and Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil or a lid. This will help trap steam and keep the pork chops moist. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through and tender.
  7. Serve: Once the pork chops are done, remove them from the oven. Serve the creamy baked pork chops with mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable for a comforting and delicious meal.
