Easy Beefy Noodle Casserole


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb egg noodles
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet of chili seasoning (or taco seasoning)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Onion powder, to taste
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • Cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend), shredded


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, diced onion, and bell pepper until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic salt to taste.
  3. While the meat is cooking, prepare the egg noodles according to the package instructions until they are just al dente. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  4. In a large casserole dish, combine the cooked noodles and the diced tomatoes (with their juices). Stir until well mixed.
  5. Once the ground beef mixture is fully cooked, pour it over the noodles and tomatoes in the casserole dish. Mix everything together until evenly distributed.
  6. Sprinkle the chili seasoning (or taco seasoning) evenly over the beef and noodle mixture. Stir well to incorporate the seasoning throughout.
  7. Spread a generous layer of shredded cheese over the top of the casserole.
  8. Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Once baked, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Beefy Noodle Casserole
