This is my husbands favorite dessert that I make (he says that about them all). It’s called cookie dough dip. So delicious and pretty simple to make. You probably have almost everything on hand to make it!
1 8oz block of softened cream cheese
1 stick of butter or margarine, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
1-2 cups of Heath bits
Nilla wafers for dipping.
Cream the cheese and butter together. Add vanilla, then slowly mix in the powdered sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Fold in Heath bits. Chill for an hour to overnight. It doesn’t last long in my house, but I wouldn’t keep more than 2-3 days as it starts to get liquidity when it sits.
