Pizza Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 18 slices of pepperoni (or toppings of your choice)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Lay out 4 slices of bread on a clean surface.
- Spread a light layer of pizza sauce on the inside of each slice of bread.
- Place 9 slices of pepperoni (or your favorite pizza toppings) evenly on two of the bread slices.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
- Take the other two slices of bread and spread garlic butter on the outside of each slice.
- Place the buttered side down on top of the pepperoni and cheese to form sandwiches.
- Carefully place the sandwiches into the preheated air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 4 minutes, then carefully flip the sandwiches and air fry for an additional 4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, remove the pizza grilled cheese from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
- Slice if desired and enjoy your delicious pizza grilled cheese with your favorite dipping sauce!
